Opayl Refund Policy
The following Cancellation and Refund Policy available at www.opayl.com is set in place for the convenience of registered users and accounts to certains terms as specified below. All users are responsible to read the document carefully.
‘Company’ refers to Opayl, and ‘you’ or ‘user’ refers to the users of the services/products provided by the Company.
The order will be canceled if the request is made within 24 hours of the purchase by mailing the request at firstname.lastname@example.org with details provided at the time of registration. No cancellation request will be entertained after 24 hours of the purchase.
The necessary technical and service charges will be deducted at the time of refund after cancellation. If any service is availed within 24 hours of the purchase, fees for the same will be deducted.
Amount once paid for the services shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances:
Multiple times debiting of funds from the user account due to technical error OR user’s account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded to the user after providing valid proof of package selected and payment receipt.
Due to technical error, amount being deducted from user’s account/ credit card but the enrollment in the selected course/class is unsuccessful due to unavailability/ absence of a trainer.
In such cases, the user can claim for a refund within 24 hours of the purchase made and the amount excluding technical charges and payment gateway charges would be refunded to the user. Similarly, the user can also be provided a rescheduled class shall the user deem fit.
Note: There will be NO refund for class(es) being missed on behalf of the user's own fault, network issue, electricity outage, immediate absence due to unforeseen emergencies. In such events, it is the user’s responsibility to notify of any changes at least 48 working hours before the class/session.
The user will have to make an application for refund along with the transaction number and original payment receipt generated at the time of making payment(s).
The application in the prescribed format should be sent to email@example.com.
The application will be processed manually and after verification, if the claim is found valid, the amount received in excess will be refunded through electronic mode in favor of the applicant and confirmation sent to the mailing address given in the online registration form. It takes 3-21 days for the money to show in the user's bank accounts depending on the user's bank policy.
Opayl assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability if it is unable to affect any Payment Instruction(s) on the Payment Date owing to any one or more of the following circumstances:
If you send Payment Instructions that are incomplete, incorrect, invalid, or delayed
If there are insufficient funds/limits in the Payment Account to cover the amount specified in the Payment Instruction (s).
If the funds in the Payment Account are encumbered or charged in any way.
If the user's bank rejects or takes a long time to honour the Payment Instruction (s).
Circumstances beyond Opayl's control (including, but not limited to, fire, flood, natural disasters, bank strikes, power failure, systems failure like computer or telephone lines breakdown due to an unforeseeable cause or interference from an outside force).
If the payment is not processed for any reason, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the failure.
Opayl reserves the right to apply balances to charges remaining on the user account prior to making any final refunds. Accounts with no activity during a twelve-month period are considered inactive. Inactive accounts will be closed and the remaining balance, if any, shall be forfeited.
Any disagreement, conflict, or claim arising out of or connected to this Refund Policy or any service supplied in compliance with it may be resolved by binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Any such disagreement, controversy, or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, without being combined in any arbitration with any other party's claim or issue.
Opayl’s Refund Policy is subject to changes at the sole discretion of the Company. Users are advised to read and stay updated regarding the Company’s Cancellation and Refund Policy time-to-time.
